These are basic policies for now and are subject to change as we grow and offer more inventory. Some items will be 'Limited Run' which means they will only be offered and produced for a limited time and quantity. 'Pre-sale' items are produced and may be continually offered if we see a demand for them. 'Limited Run' items will not be offered after selling out stock.
1:ORDERS
Excluding unforseen circumstances, orders will be shipped within 6 days. If your order includes limited run pre-order items, they will all ship once limited run items have been printed. International shipping may experience delays. Items in one order may be sent from different locations
2:SHIPPING
We will ship worldwide and please choose either the US or UK store when shopping relative to your location. Each location may have different items offered and we may need to do an offline order to accommodate you. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. info@jonathanantoinemusic.com
4:RETURNS
Returns accepted if item received is damaged or incorrect item/s sent. Please be sure to read descriptions and size information before ordering.
